Getting started
One full run, from signup to a shortlist worth taking into the lab.
-
Create an account
Sign up with your email at tools.ranomics.com. New accounts start with a small wallet balance so you can try a tool right away.
-
Add funds to your wallet
Top up a USD wallet from your account. The minimum top-up is $20. Each job debits the actual cost of the compute it uses, so there is no subscription and no monthly minimum.
-
Pick a tool
Browse the tool catalog and choose the model that fits your target. Each tool lists what it is built for and a typical runtime.
-
Upload a PDB or pick chains
Upload your target structure as a PDB or mmCIF file, then mark the chain and hotspot residues the design should engage. Sequence tools instead ask which chains to redesign.
-
Submit a run
The form shows an estimated cost and your balance after the job before you confirm. Submit when the parameters look right. A wallet hold is placed against the estimate while the job runs.
-
Watch live progress and read results
The job page streams progress while the GPU works. When it finishes you get ranked candidates with their scores, and the final charge settles against the hold.
-
Open the 3D viewer and export
Inspect any candidate in the built-in 3D viewer, then export the results as CSV for the score table or FASTA for the sequences.
-
Star the best candidates and send the shortlist to the wet lab
Star the designs worth pursuing to build a shortlist, then hand it off to a Binder Pilot or AI Binder Sprint for wet-lab validation.
A pilot of about 8 designs gives a real first signal, because roughly 1 in 5 designs passes the in-silico filter on a tractable target. Start small, read the scores, then scale the run up once you trust the setup.
