Binder Developability Scout

Flag chemical stability and biophysical liabilities in antibody or nanobody variable regions before you order them. Five dimensions: humanness, sequence liabilities, net charge and pI, hydrophobic patches, aggregation propensity.

Score a sequence Live

One-letter code, 10 to 2000 residues. Only the 20 standard amino acids are accepted. Whitespace and FASTA headers are ignored.

Chain type affects the germline pool used for humanness and the CDR position heuristic used to weight oxidation and deamidation liabilities.

What you get back

A composite 0 to 1 score plus five per-dimension breakdowns. Each flagged motif is returned with its 1-based position, severity, and whether it falls in an approximated CDR. The sequence is rendered with liability positions highlighted.

This is a prototype scorer. CDR boundaries are estimated from length; production annotation via ANARCI with IMGT numbering is on the roadmap. Humanness uses a small germline panel; we are migrating to the full IMGT repertoire and OASis-style k-mer scoring.
